These classes offer an intense cardiovascular workout and improve strength, flexibility, and self-defense skills.

1 - 1 Session

Experience a 1-1 session with us: a 60-minute individual training with an expert Boxing or Muay Thai coach. Enjoy personalized attention focused on your goals, emphasizing specific areas of improvement. Includes pads workouts to enhance your skills.
