Muay Thai

Our Muay Thai group sessions involve learning and practicing the essential techniques of this Thai martial art discipline. Led by an instructor, participants immerse themselves in intensive workouts that include punches, elbows, knees, and kicking techniques. 

These classes offer an intense cardiovascular workout and improve strength, flexibility, and self-defense skills.

Open Boxing Club

The Open Boxing Club in our gym allows you to train at your own pace. If you need guidance, you’ll find established boxing and Muay Thai circuits to follow. 

In addition, we have equipment for functional training. Come and train according to your preferences in a friendly and motivating environment!

1 - 1 Session

Experience a 1-1 session with us: a 60-minute individual training with an expert Boxing or Muay Thai coach. Enjoy personalized attention focused on your goals, emphasizing specific areas of improvement. Includes pads workouts to enhance your skills.
